HOWARD SCHULTZ; inspiring message for startups, from the Starbucks Millionaire!



So after my Bar exams i decided to bum around youtube for some time, considering i had not been social with my internet use for a while; i decided to check out some motivational videos by the world greatest entrepreneurs and one of them stood out, Howard Schultz the CEO of Starbucks,
i promptly took notes as these points are useful to a startup like me, and hopefully you find them useful in your daily life as well.

=dream big dreams...leave your ego at the door...share your success with people

=dont allow negative people tell you your dream is not possible

= change your mindset

=have a heart...benevolence...be in the people business serving your product

=celebrate your victories, and really celebrate your mistakes

=dont advertise...the expensive and fancy doenst always work...create an emotional connection with your customers

= care for your people

=have strong values...customers carry out a cultural audit...be relevant at all times

=do what you love...fight for it...have love and passion for it...so you can convince people to follow you over the hurdles

=exceed expectations...we all want the same things...RESPECT, APPRECIATION, DIGNITY, VALUE FOR MONEY.

= REGARD YOUR STAFF MORE THAN JUST AS PAYCHECKS

=stand for something important.
