This is a look at how this pandemic is impacting the legal service industry and some recommendations to improve the operational and business aspects. As of today, economic activities have almost halted globally. This is due to the precautionary measures taken by countries to contain the viral outbreak. We earlier assessed the impact in 10 industries to show a clearer picture of how this outbreak is affecting the world of business. Congratulations "New Wigs"! Before I proceed with this write up I would like to welcome the lawyers that recently got called to the Nigerian Bar. C ongratulations for joining the largest bar in Africa; if you are a non-lawyer, you might visualize a different kind of bar with beverages of the alcoholic variety, although fun for some, that's not what I am referring to.  It is comforting to announce that Nigeria has the highest number of lawyers on the continent, but how viable is a career as a lawyer these days?

Tech Lady Boot Camp which is a 5 days intensive workshop/boot-camp from November 16th to 23rd, for 15 lucky young women drawn from across Nigeria.  The curriculum will involve the introduction to coding, in addition to leadership and entrepreneurship skills training.
