TECH LADY BOOTCAMP; Balancing The Scale With Tech Skills For Nigerian Women!


Tech Lady Boot Camp which is a 5 days intensive workshop/boot-camp from November 16th to 23rd, for 15 lucky young women drawn from across Nigeria. 
The curriculum will involve the introduction to coding, in addition to leadership and entrepreneurship skills training. 


Participants will be encouraged to develop solutions for the possibility of getting pitched for funding to enable large scale deployment in the future.

This project is in partnership with Uwani Hub, which is located inside GeoBajas Hotel in Ijebu-Imusin area of Ogun State, Nigeria. 10 minutes drive from Ijebu-Ode city centre.

Intellectual property is a key aspect of the Information Technology field, and for a lawyer to adequately branch into this area of practice, it is key to understand how the various laws protect these rights. Intellectual property rights are at the foundation of the software industry. The term refers to a range of intangible rights of ownership in an asset such as a software program. Each intellectual property "right" is itself an asset, a slice of the overall ownership pie. The law provides different methods for protecting these rights of ownership based on their type.
